What to include in your message
A complete message gets a faster answer. Include:
- The email address of your account
- The product: iJewel Platform, iJewel Design, iJewel Playground or BatchX
- The link of the page or the model
- A screenshot or a screen recording of the problem
Never send your password.
Is iJewel3D a CAD program?
No. iJewel3D shows, renders and shares 3D jewelry models. You make the model in a CAD program, for example Rhino, MatrixGold or Blender. Then you load the model into iJewel3D.
- You need a 3D model. A photo is not sufficient.
- You need an internet connection. The materials, gems and environments load from the internet.
Can iJewel3D prepare my CAD files or make my renders?
You use iJewel3D yourself to render and share your models.
