Whitelabeling and branding
Whitelabeling lets you remove iJewel branding from an embedded viewer or replace it with your own logo. The steps depend on where the viewer is used and which type of branding you can see.
Identify the branding you want to change
| What you see | What controls it |
|---|---|
| A round iJewel badge in the bottom-left corner | The Embed settings in iJewel Platform or iJewel Design |
| An iJewel logo while the model is loading | Branding → Loading screen logo in the editor |
| A logo displayed over the model | Branding → Show logo in the editor |
| iJewel3D Evaluation Version | The website license for a Mini Viewer SDK or custom integration |
| A small iJewel icon in the top-left while Virtual Try-On is active | A Try-On purchase and Enable TryOn for the website domain |
| The iJewel Platform header and page navigation | You are using a normal Platform page instead of an embed |
Most websites and Shopify stores
If you copied an iframe from iJewel Platform, use Remove Hologram to remove the complete bottom-left badge. Then copy the embed again and replace the old version on your website.
Remove branding from an iJewel Platform embed
Full branding removal from an iJewel Platform iframe is available on the Professional, Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans.
- Open the model in the editor.
- Select the Embed (
</>) tool. - Turn on Remove Hologram.
- If you also want to remove the logo shown while the model loads, open Branding and turn off Loading screen logo.
- Save your changes.
- Return to Embed and copy the newly generated iframe code or embed URL.
- Replace the existing code or URL everywhere the model is shown.
Upgrading does not change an existing embed
An embed already saved on a website does not update automatically after a plan upgrade or a branding change. Generate the embed again and replace the old iframe code or URL.
Understand the Embed options
| Option | Result |
|---|---|
| Remove Logo | Removes the iJewel wordmark but leaves the diamond badge |
| Remove Backlink | Keeps the badge visible but stops it from opening an iJewel page |
| Remove Hologram | Removes the complete bottom-left badge |
For a viewer with no iJewel badge, choose Remove Hologram. You do not need to select the other two options as well.
Use your own logo
You can show your logo inside the viewer instead of the iJewel loading logo.
- Open the model in the editor and select Branding.
- Upload or select your logo.
- Turn on Show logo if you want the logo to remain visible over the model.
- Turn on Loading screen logo if you want the logo to appear while the model loads. Turn it off for a loading screen without a logo.
- Save your changes, generate the embed again, and replace the existing embed on your website.
Shopify iframe embeds
Shopify uses the same branding settings as any other iJewel Platform iframe.
- Make sure the model can be viewed by store visitors.
- In the editor, open Embed and turn on Remove Hologram.
- Adjust Branding → Loading screen logo if needed.
- Copy only the URL inside the generated iframe's
srcvalue. - Replace the old URL in the product's iJewel viewer metafield and save the product.
- Test the product page in a private browser window.
Do not use the editor URL from your browser or a normal iJewel Platform viewing page. Shopify needs the URL generated by the Embed tool. See Add an Embedded Viewer to Shopify for the complete setup.
iJewel Design embeds
Full removal of the bottom-left badge is not available with current iJewel Design subscriptions. Advanced accounts created before August 1, 2025 may have a Remove Logo option. This removes the iJewel wordmark, but the round Design badge remains.
To remove the complete badge, store and embed the model through an eligible iJewel Platform plan.
Mini Viewer SDK and custom website integrations
A Mini Viewer SDK integration runs directly on your website instead of inside a Platform iframe. It needs a website license for the exact hostname where the viewer is published.
For example, example.com, www.example.com, and shop.example.com are different hostnames. Register every production hostname that will load the viewer.
Evaluation watermark
To remove the evaluation watermark:
- In iJewel Platform, open Settings → Domains.
- Add the exact production hostname used by the website and choose the self-hosted option.
- Ask the website developer to disable the viewer and loading logos in the integration's branding settings.
- Publish and test the viewer on that hostname.
The model must also be available to website visitors. See Licensing and Shopify Integration with the Mini Viewer SDK for developer setup.
Virtual Try-On attribution
When Virtual Try-On is used on a hostname that is not enabled for Try-On, a small iJewel attribution icon appears in the top-left of the camera view.
This attribution is separate from the viewer logo, loading logo, and iframe badge. It cannot be removed with Remove Logo, Remove Hologram, or the integration's branding settings.
To remove the attribution while continuing to use Virtual Try-On:
- In iJewel Platform, open Settings → Domains.
- Register the exact hostname where the viewer is published.
- Make sure Virtual Try-On is enabled for that domain.
- Publish and test the viewer on the registered hostname.
The attribution disappears automatically when domain verification confirms that Virtual Try-On is enabled. It is not displayed outside the Try-On camera view.
If the hostname is already registered but the attribution remains, contact iJewel support to confirm that Virtual Try-On is enabled for the domain.
Test the final result
After changing any branding setting:
- Replace every saved copy of the old embed, including Shopify metafields and page-builder blocks.
- Open the page in a private browser window so an older cached version does not affect the test.
- Check the viewer while it loads and after the model is ready.
- Test the actual published website, not only a theme or page-builder preview.
Troubleshooting
- The bottom-left badge is still visible: confirm that your plan supports full removal, Remove Hologram is on, and the website contains the newly generated embed.
- Only the word “iJewel” disappeared: Remove Logo was selected. Use Remove Hologram to remove the complete badge.
- The logo appears only while loading: turn off Branding → Loading screen logo, save, and replace the embed.
- The iJewel Platform header is visible: generate an iframe with the Embed tool instead of sharing the normal viewing-page URL.
- The evaluation watermark is visible: confirm that the exact website hostname is registered and licensed.
- The Try-On attribution is visible: confirm that the exact hostname is registered and that Virtual Try-On is enabled for the domain. Branding and iframe badge settings do not control this attribution.
- The viewer asks visitors to sign in: make the model available to visitors before embedding it.
- Shopify still shows the old version: replace the URL in the product metafield and test the published product in a private window.
