Export Materials

iJewel Playground allows you to export custom materials as standalone files. This is useful for backing up your material settings, sharing them with colleagues, or reusing them in other projects.

Export Formats

Format	Description
.pmat	PBR material file — for metals, ceramics, pearls, etc.
.dmat	Diamond material file — for diamonds and other gemstones

Exporting a PBR Material (.pmat)

To export a physical material:

1. Select the object that has the material you want to export
2. Open the Picking tab on the right panel
3. In the Picker section, find the Physical Material settings
4. Scroll down to the bottom
5. Click Download .pmat

Exporting a Diamond Material (.dmat)

To export a diamond material:

1. Select the object that has the diamond material
2. Open the Picking tab on the right panel
3. In the Picker section, find the Diamond Material settings
4. Scroll down to the bottom
5. Click Download .dmat
